    Former San Gabriel Valley Council Boy Scouts of America (SGVCBSA) and Sierra Madre Girl Scout Council 1991 Tournament of Roses Troop neckerchief.  The Tournament of Roses Troop is formed annually to carry banners introducing the trophy winners at the Rose Parade held in Pasadena, California.  Neckerchief is preowned, but never worn.
